Melissa Moran, Head of People at Target Group, said:

“I’ve received the warmest welcome from everyone at Target. People have been incredibly helpful and open, which has been a great reminder of the importance of people and culture from day one.

“I’m looking forward to getting to know the wider business, building strong relationships and partnering with Tech Mahindra to support our people, strengthen our culture, deliver our shared ambitions and growth. There is lots to learn and plenty to look forward to.”

Pete O’Connor, Chief Executive Officer at Target Group, said:

“We’re delighted to welcome Melissa to Target. She brings extensive experience of people leadership, organisational change and business transformation, alongside a genuine passion for helping people and businesses succeed.
