CAL announces new distribution director role
05 November 2026
Leading conveyancing services provider CAL has appointed Andy Rowe into the newly created role of Distribution Director.
Andy joins the team with nearly thirty years’ experience in the financial services industry, having started off as an adviser specialising in buy-to-let. He previously launched and scaled his own adviser business and was most recently Head of Sales at Zephyr Homeloans where he has spent the last eight years honing his approach to sales strategy and operational growth.
As Distribution Director, Andy will draw on his extensive knowledge of every stage in the property transaction as well as his connections from across the industry to help CAL in its mission to make conveyancing and the whole property transaction as seamless as possible.
The new role has been created to provide strategic leadership to the CAL distribution team, making sure new growth is supported by clear responsibilities, investment in necessary infrastructure and plans to maximise capacity.
On his new role, Andy commented:
“Starting this new chapter in conveyancing at CAL has already been an exciting change. I’ve been busy getting to know the team and what they need before looking at how we can streamline processes to support them in achieving our goals.
“I’ve set my sights on wider growth and am looking forward to harnessing my unique perspective and experiences from across the property industry in order to help CAL revolutionise the way brokers and agents source conveyancing.”
Mark Tosetti, CEO at CAL and Director of Partnerships at Movera, commented:
“Andy brings experience from every aspect of the property transaction, which means he has a unique insight into how to deliver the best possible service for our brokers and agents. With Andy’s strategic leadership, we will ensure that the distribution team is working in the smartest way possible to achieve our goal of making conveyancing truly simple and hassle-free.”
