LONDON, UK – [10 March, 2026] – Mortgage Magic™, the cloud-native platform transforming the UK mortgage market, has today announced the launch of AI-Powered Criteria Sourcing. This major enhancement enables brokers to instantly match a client’s specific circumstances against thousands of lender rules, removing the need to manually cross-check PDF criteria sheets or lender websites.

In the current market, criteria changes happen daily. A broker might find a great rate for a client, only to discover hours later after digging through a 40-page document that the lender doesn't accept the property type or income source. This leads to wasted applications and frustrated clients.

Mortgage Magic™ solves this by overlaying Live Criteria Data directly on top of product sourcing. The system uses AI to understand complex criteria (such as "Self-Employed with 1 year accounts" or "Ex-Local Authority Flats") and automatically filters out lenders who would decline the case, even if their rate looks attractive.
